<p>Mount Hope’s Digital Connectors Program is in its 2<sup>nd</sup> year. In the summer 2011 we added 15 new youths to the program ages 12-15.</p>
<p>We had 2 students visiting from the Dominican Republic for the summer, 1 community service student added to the program. Along with 8 returning students from the first year we watched this program grow not only with students but with curricula and instructors. Our students learned how to write scripts, add music and songs to their videos, and 1 student produced and edited his own video. The program is a success and as we look to the fall session we hope to partner with Project Ready to ensure our students are prepared for college. In February we will be adding additional students, please stay tuned for upcoming events and sign up to volunteer, to join, to become a digital connector.</p>
