"Promises Made, Promises Kept for Youth and Families in the Community"

the Community Center project will allow Mount Hope to offer an expansion of youth and economic development program services for a growing population of immigrant youth and adults living below 200% of Federal poverty income levels in the Bronx. Mount Hope is among one of the 1st non-profits in the city to incorporate Sustainable/Green Building design into the project; and the center will be the 1st non-profit in the Bronx, and possibly the city, to use New Market Tax Credits. This financing structure is a testament to Mount Hope creativity, savvy use of our assets, and aggressive seizing of new financing opportunities.

The architechts for the Mount Hope Community Center are Croxton Collaborative Architechts PC; this architectual firm is responsible for the "Green Design" of the building and has received numerous awards for their work including New York State's 1st LEED Gold Award.
